I worked with Cathrin in 2024 in my role heading up an early-stage corporate venture. Cathrin provided valuable coaching and support to myself and members of my team, during a time of rapid change. Cathrin demonstrates a good balance of being intuitive, understanding, compassionate, but also directive with feedback when needed. She proposed several approaches and assessments which enabled us to develop a deeper understanding of one another as a team.
