Achieve CTC ("we", "us") provides leadership coaching, training and consulting services. We are based in the United Kingdom and Norway and serve international clients. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@achievectc.com.
When you use the contact or registration forms on this site, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange events you register for and provide our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and the performance of steps you request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by trusted processors: Formspree (contact forms) and HubSpot (event and certification registrations), where enquiry details are also held in our customer records. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Video on this site is hosted by Vimeo, with tracking disabled by us. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and appropriate safeguards.
This website does not set cookies of its own. Embedded services (the registration forms and video player) may set strictly functional cookies required for them to work.
We keep enquiry and registration details only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@achievectc.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
