Cathrin is an Executive Coach & international L&D Specialist with more than 20 years' experience in Talent, Leadership Development & Team Coaching, Culture & Engagement.
Throughout her career, she has supported her clients to develop their L&D, Culture and Talent strategy, coach Senior Leadership Teams as well as design and deliver leadership training.
She has worked across a wide range of industries including Media, IT, FMCG, TIC (Testing Inspection and Certification), and Biotech. She works in English and German.
Camilla is an organisational psychologist who advises executive teams on the organisation behind the strategy: the structure, leadership and capability a business needs to deliver its goals. She spent more than 15 years inside complex international organisations before co-founding Achieve CTC.
At Equinor, she worked on leadership assessment and organisational transformation. At PepsiCo, she led leadership assessment, development, succession and career strategy across Europe, before moving into broader Organisational Development and Talent & Culture Director roles in the UK and Ireland. At Element Materials Technology, she set the global talent and learning agenda as a VP through private equity ownership and significant organisational change. Across these roles, she has worked closely with business leaders on how organisations are structured, how leadership capability is built, and how talent decisions support business priorities.
She began her career as a clinical psychologist and holds a Cand.Psychol. degree alongside an MBA in Finance. That combination shapes how she works: bringing together an understanding of people and behaviour with the commercial realities of the business. Executive teams use her as a sounding board on leadership, talent and organisational decisions. She works in English and Norwegian.
